I love your idea of sharing the inflammatory foods we are aviding and also am encouraged when I list the Anti-Inflammatory foods I DO eat - especially the more unusual ones --- would those ideas fit into your excellent motivating efforts that you have patterned here???

I will continue to read and learn this lifestyle of eating heart healthy anti-inflammatory foods and work those foods into any other "diet plan" or "Way of Eating" I might be working on ---all geared to better health and weight loss. Blessings as we enter a new moth.

Sorry to be so late - a flu relapse last week and have been struggling to get things done :(

Let's try to build some healthy streaks.

We've had 5 weeks adding in a new goal each week.
So now, we'll have a couple of weeks consolidation before we start with some new goals.
