My C-19 test was negative, thank goodness.

I'm going to start a new streak on Monday, because last week was three RED and two YELLOWS! I didn't overeat at any point, but I ate between meals, was nibbly and couldn't last between meals, or eat enough at my meals. I feel OK about it - but it did remind me what life was life before No S when eating was constant and chaotic!

The colours come from a tracking system used on the No S site - called the Habitcal.

Monday - Friday are N days - three meals, no sweets, no snacks, no seconds - if you achieve that - it's GREEN. If you don't achieve a clear three meals - then it's a RED.

Saturday and Sundays are S days - you are free to eat sweets, snacks, seconds (it actually also says 'sometimes' - so you don't have to eat those things at the weekend, but you can if you want to. S days are YELLOW. Sick days and Special days (like your birthday, or Xmas) are also S days.

Monday, 6th April - GREEN - yay!
Tuesday, 7th April - GREEN - yay!
Wednesday, 8th April - RED - I blew it after dinner with some cheesy oatcakes
Thursday, 9th April - RED - I blew it after dinner with chocolate digestive biscuits
Friday 10th April - ............ I can't remember Friday, so that's probably a RED!

Sorry everyone, I haven't been on here for a while. I moved to Georgia and got a couple part time jobs, my brother had cancer. He passed away on Tuesday, We had his service yesterday. I will be starting back on Monday

I'll do a week at a time for now.......... next up will be week beginning Monday 30th March. Let's see who wins - RED or GREEN! Go the GREENS!!

well, that was a damp squib! I didn't even manage to record the days, let alone stay GREEN! I've been eating well, but I have been needing (?) extra things, like a biscuit with my tea in the afternoon. I think I'm having mostly YELLOW days at the moment! The Covid-19 anxiety is almost like a 'sick day'!

25.3.20 - GREEN - hot chocolate saved the day emoticon
26.3.20 - RED - two dark chocolate digestives with afternoon tea emoticon
27.3.20 - RED - had a perfect day, but ended up with cookies again this evening emoticon

still, the score this week was slightly better than last week: GREEN = 3, RED = 2, so GREEN wins!

Monday, 9th March - almost GREEN - I had a banana snack in the afternoon, apart from that, it was OK. I needed the banana.

My eating has definitely been a bit more chaotic since I started stressing about Covid-19 virus! I lost track of my tracker too! I had two biscuits at evening class on Wednesday. I'm pretty sure I accepted a piece of shortbread at work on Tuesday....... today, Thursday......... not so bad, but I went back for something crunchy after my dinner. I'll start a new tracker on Monday!

That's great news about the job interviews, Joyce.
