I am new to this website and am excited, and a little overwhelmed, by all the options. This is one of the most complete weight-loss, weight management websites I've ever seen. I do want to challenge myself to move more and have already started. My husband and I have been using an elliptical trainer. I can only do about 10 minutes on it, but it's better than nothing. I know if I can get into a good routine, then I can continue. My goal right now is to do 10-15 minutes a day and work my way up to longer workouts.

After a 3-year hiatus from Spark People, I am back. This time I am starting out slow with the 10-minute daily exercise streak challenge. With my new work schedule, where I am on the road Sun-Thu, I want to run at least once a week (30 mins), but more importantly take a 10-minute exercise break every day. Love the new Spark Videos.

I want to have at least 10 minutes of anything every day. I have no problems Monday - Thursday - I work out on my lunch hour but Friday - I work from home and it makes it hard to get physical activity sitting at a desk. Saturdays and Sundays can be hard to fit in a routing - but I am committed to doing something/anything. I would like to hit up strength on the weekends - dumb bells, lunges - with a 10 minute commitment.

Live passionately, love completely, learn humbly and lead boldly

My challenge is to get moving! I sit behind a desk all day, so I really need to do something active. If I can do at least 10 minutes, I know it will lead to even more every day. Ten minutes seems like such a small amount, I am challenging myself to see what I can do in that 10 several times a day. Great idea.

As of 10/1 I'm reigniting my Spark (again) emoticon

This time I have a partner and we are part of a Fitness Challenge with our book club...I'm hoping that will help me stay on track. It worked before when I had a partner to walk with on a regular basis.

My goal is to exercise for ten minutes daily by:

Attending Zumba class at least 1x week at the gym (I'm paying for it anyway!)
Doing exercise on the Xbox at home at least 2x per week
For the remaining 4 days, I will walk/bike or do some strength training

I would just like to exercise everyday. I've been doing pretty good but when I get stalled, it's usually for more than one day. I hope this challenge helps me stay focused.

I usually walk/run on the treadmill 2 - 3 days a week for about 30 - 45 minutes. For m 1st week, I am aiming to add a minimum of 10 mins on the days I don't usually walk.

If it is to be, it is up to me!

I am walking before work 5 days a week and plan to start going to yoga classes on Saturday. Maybe I'll do 10 minutes on the Wii Fit on Sunday. Want to make sure I do 10 minutes every day! Who can't spare 10 minutes, right?

Just started the Trick or Treat Trot 5K Virtual Race (Walk/Jog) and found that very motivating to get started just finished (Day 1/WO#1). The plan suggests working out 6x a week. My goal is to workout everyday for more than 10 minutes, but I like the idea of giving myself permission to just do 10 minutes. Also, want to add a goal to walk our dogs at least 3x per week for at least 10 minutes.

I added 10 minutes on the stationary bike. Planning to do more than that, but I didn't want to get too ahead of myself on getting back on track and keep with it. Starting small and establishing a pattern before going too big and overwhelming myself.

I like to be active and always find a new workout routine or idea and am all about it for a little while but then I stop. I found this site 2 days ago and really like the way it is laid out. Instead of finding random exercises in a magazine, the workout generator is a great idea. My goal is to continue to workout with this website each day even if it is only 10-15 mins minimum, and to do more each day. I also do a boxing workout on the WII and want to keep that up here(I know that isn't on this site but wanted to include it so my goals are in one place).
