MY goal is to be more consistent with my exercising, and even on days when I am not feeling all that well, I will find some way of getting in at least ten minutes of exercise.

Day 3- I did 30 minutes on the wii fit this morning, then walked just over 3 miles in 60 minutes. I also skipped the bank drive-thru and went in instead and parked in all the farthest parking spaces wherever I went- at Wal-Mart that's a long way!

I'm looking forward to having a fun trophy to work towards and help motivate me on sluggish days to do just 10 minutes! I know that usually once I've done the 10 minutes its not hard to keep going and do a full workout! Thanks for the challenge, SparkTeam!!

I joined this challenge because I haven't been able to focus for the last month. I had a big gain at the end of May and have kept gaining.

My goal is to exercise a minimum of 10 min every day!

My goal is to walk at least once every day I'm at work during my break (that is 10 minutes). During the weekends, my goal is to get out and jog, walk, jump rope or otherwise get physical.

Day 1 yesterday, I walked 26 minutes total - 13 during morning break & 13 during afternoon break. I also did 15 minutes of strength training.

Day 2 today, I walked 26 minutes total - 13 am break & 13 pm break.

My goal is pretty close to PENNEYV's. I have been trying to be good about at least 10 minutes of strength training in the morning and then walking for an hour in the evening (about 2 miles). I haven't been consistent with that, but that all changes now!

My goal is to do minimum of 10 minutes of strength training once a day. More if the opportunity allows. I also plan to continue the 2 miles of cardio walk each day with hopes of cutting down the time by the end of this 4 weeks.

My goal is to get in 10 minutes of exercise everyday of the week. I see no reason I cannot do this. I started out doing this when I started SP, but then let bad weather derail me. I want to use this challenge to get that momentum back and force myself to find an alternative to walking outside when the weather is bad. emoticon

My goal is to get back to a regular exercise routine again. I've been sick the past 4 weeks with 5 different things--not counting migraines--and it has really led to getting off track with exercise. I was doing 3 days of cardio (45 mins) & 2 days of ST (ST). This week, now that I'm starting to feel better, has got me bummed because the motivation is just not there. Not. Good. Soooo...here I am, focusing on 10 minutes at a time to get out of this slump!!! (Plus, we all know it helps improve your immune system!)

I'm now off to do my first day of my 10 minute daily streak challenge with my dear hubby!

I joined for the accountability. I really believe that short, CONSISTENT workouts are as effective as longer workouts. For me, being able to fit in short sessions (10 - 15 min.) is motivating, because sometimes, I really just can't carve out a large chunk of time for exercise so I do NOTHING.

I've been in Maintenance mode for about 16 months now. I have been fairly successful in continuing my work-out program, however I do have the occasional day when I just don't feel like working out (beyond my 1 rest a week). I joined this challenge to help "make" myself work out for at least 10 minutes when those days pop up.

I workout on a consistant basis as it but I joined as a way to motivate myself to walk during my lunch hour.

Why did I join? Because it's fun! I already exercise regularly (running), but challenges are a great fitness opportunity and they keep you interested. For me, it's all about 10 minutes of something completely unrelated to running... spontaneous, creative, but active!

I do pretty good on the days I "plan" to exercise - it's the days that I go straight from work to somewhere else, to somewhere else ...

So, my goals for this challenge are to walk BRISKLY around the building for 10 minutes at work on days I know I won't have time to do anything at home. (I already walk to work, on my break, on lunch, and home, so the focus is on speed and duration here, not just walking.)

My goal for this challenge is to learn to make exercise a "normal" part of everyday, instead of the chore that it currently feels like. I'm not good at keeping up overly rigorous (and overly ambitious) workout plans, so I'm hoping to start here and build on it!
