I just want to get in the habit of doing something consistently. I play golf 2-3 times per week, and am, I think, fairly active. In the past I have started with 'great guns' so to speak and then fade out. I quit smoking 4 yrs ago and the weight I gained, well I'm tired of carrying it. My partner is diabetic and we need to be healthy. We do belong to a fitness facility, but have gotten away from going....time is an issue...motivation is my issue. I'm trying to eat healthier.....so I need some support.

My goal for this week is to be active 10 minutes every day. I also want to try bike riding to see if I like it better then walking.

Just tried to do lots of walking this week. Will try to vary things a little next week. Just need to get active again!
