I am making DAILY goals for now, today's goal.....day 4 of Spark 28 Day Boot Camp (DONE), a 30 min cardio video (would do treadmill however, have been doing the Spark -5K and legs are a bit worn out) and make a HUGE dent on moving furniture around my room (it is VERY daunting I have a LOT of furniture, but once I move it I will have more room for "home" exercises, stretching and yoga videos as well as shimmy and Bollywood Dance ones)

I would like to see myself get under 200 lb by June of this year. I doubt it'll happen but it's definitely a goal.
I need to make myself drink more water.
I would like to accomplish 30 minutes of cardio instead of feeling exhausted after only 10 minutes.

My long term goal is to get back to a healthy weight. I was 250 at my heaviest but I'm 235 right now. My goal for the end of this challenge is to be 225.

okay here it goes. my ultimate goal right now is to lose 20 pounds. that will take me down to 144lbs.

-min. 10m exercise every day
-drink only water (at least this week)
-only eat sweets on weekend (no added sugar mon-thur)
-eat 4 fruits and veggies every day (track it)
-no eating after 9pm

i am trying to get back on track. these goals seem so simple yet so impossible at the same time. emoticon

I spent 2010 (and longer, really) focusing on my son's health needs. Although I'm not dropping that endeavor, I don't need to put as much energy into it any more. So, now it's my turn.

Last spring I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, so I have that extra challenge in losing the weight I've gained over the past 4 years.

My goal is to lose 50 pounds, but I'd even be happy if I could lose 40 pounds. I want to get back to where I was a few years ago in size, and I'd like to have energy to get through the day without wanting to nap.

I want to lose weight ,especially around the abdomen area. What better way to jump start this by doing Bootcamp! I had a rough, stressful year and am a stress eater. Time to get back on track. See you around everyone!

Well...this will help me get back in the saddle again. I was so bad during the holidays. I plan to get back to basics nutritionally and keep up my regular exercise plus a little.

I am in the military and applying for a job in law enforcement. I need to get myself back to not only within standards but above! My goal is to get back to a 37 inch waist, bring my 1.5 mile run down to 12 mins and my push-ups and sit-ups to 50 in a min. I was able to do this 3-4 years ago and have let myself go some. I'm tired of this body and fitness level!!!

My overall goal for this year is to reach my ideal weight by my birthday in November - I've always been overweight, but I think I can actually make this happen if I keep at it. I'm hoping this bootcamp will make me realize that it's not all that difficult to actually exercise every day, even for as little as ten minutes.

I am using BeachBody's INSANITY as well as this challenge to get a workout in 6 days a week... I will eat to fuel my body, not to stuff my face!

I want to lose 25 pounds in the next 6 months and I need a nice challenge to get me started

Just finished day 4 and I LOVED it , what a great stretch for the core!!!

I usually do the treadmill every day, however, since I am "training" myself for a 5k, my legs are a bit sore today, will do a video as well as some SERIOUS furniture moving today. Will Definitely get a HUGE work out (one piece of furniture?? A 100+ yr old Cherry High Boy Dresser I swear one drawer EMPTY is about 15lbs, and there are 4 of them (one is about the size of 2!)

my goals are to track my food every day and work out at LEAST 6 hours a week. with my new gym having a huge variety of classes at different times, and a new year's challenge going on right now, it shouldn't be that difficult to reach 6 hours/week.

the results i'd like to see are a firmer, more toned body and lowering my body fat percentage (and visibility!). my bf% is now at 30%, and i'd like to get down to 26% by the end of the month.

I have been yo-yoing for the last year.. I need something to kick me into gear. I have the love and support of a great man and I have a huge goal this year to get hired on a Fire Department..
I want to be a lean mean paramedic, fire girl..
So this is my goal for do yoga with my daughter (age,9) 4 days a week and go to the gym 3 days a week.
Eat within my calorie limit of 1200-1550 calories and train for the Firefighter Agility in April.


When you fall off the horse (which you will atleast once)..
Jump back on!
(Even if it hurts! Which usually DOES!)

What have you done today to make you feel proud?

Don't hate on others because you are struggling. See the light and try harder. If you spent less time hating and more time working on yourself maybe you wouldn't hate yourself so much!

avoid sugar except on Sat, & then limit portions

My goal for bootcamp is to lose weight and get myself back into a workout routine. I really enjoyed doing Zumba, but I'm back out of shape to the point where I need to ease into it. By the end of the 28 days I want to be able to go bust my butt in class!

My goal for this week is to do the video every day and to do an additional 20-30 minutes of cardio 3-4 days.
