I used to be a great sparker, and then life happened. I'm now here to get back on the track and get firm and fit into a healthy life style.

I hope to enjoy getting back into a routine, shed 8-10 pounds and regain some energy to prepare for a trip to some caves in August.

I'm hoping that this will give me the push I need to reignite my spark and get back into living a healthy lifestyle!

Hello- today was my first day back to the gym in several months. I've been using Spark food tracker now for about a 3 weeks and it's going well. I'm losing weight slowly but I attribute that to having an office job and not being active at all.

My goals are to make working out a part of my day to day life and continue to choose healthy foods over those with no nutritional value. I want to be active every day, and ensure I go to the gym at least 5 days. I want to lose about 8 lbs in the next 4 weeks-2 lbs/week. I want to continue to track daily and keep within my calorie intake. Finally, I want to have more energy.

I know all of this is doable!

Hello,

My weight is yo-yo-ing again so I started this challenge to jump start my weight heading in the correct direction.

I'd like to lose ten pounds [or more] during this challenge.

I need to bring my lunch with me to school, as I'm now going to Curves after classes and it's too close to supper time by the time I'm home again to eat lunch without hitting the drive thru's on the way home.

I started Curves circut training a month ago; it feels good when it's over, but I need more. I've been out of work for several months with a wrist injury and need to get moving again.

Hi, I'm Jennifer.

I joined this challenge once before, but never got to follow it. I took a bad fall my 2nd day, back in January, and had lots of MRI's and recovery time. It too me since then to recover.

I'm ok now, and ready to try again. I want to start small.

My goals are: to lose 15 lbs in 8 weeks, lose 1 inch from my waist.

My nutrition goals are:drink at least 8, 8oz glasses of water every day and reach for fruit and veggies as often as possible when having a "snack attack".

My exercise goals are: 30 mins aerobic activity 5 days a week and include some lifting/toning as reccommended.

:) Good luck with your goals, everyone.

Hi everyone! Todqay is my first day starting the bootcamp workout challenge. My goal is simply to stick to the program and do some kind of exercise everyday. Basically, I just need to move! I am trusting between that and eating well, I will lose the pounds.

I hope to be able to lose weight and start eating right. I need to be able to find the courage to push myself past what i think i can do and not give in to take the easier way out. I need to find the strength to say no to the foods that are my downfall and make healthier decisions for myself.

I am going to be a counselor at a weight loss camp this summer. Many of the kids return every summer so I want to be a good example and make sure I come back fit so that I can keep them motivated. I would like to lose 15-20 pounds by mid-June as well as increasing my strength and endurance. My life goal is to do atleast one pull up. I hope that I can make progress towards that goal.

Hmmm...goals. Well I am training for the Warrior Dash in two months. I need to have good upper body strength as well as cardio endurance. I've already lost 15lbs and now it is time to tone up and lose these last 5.

Good luck to everyone!

I'm back! I completed this challenge a couple of weeks ago and it really helped me make excercise a part of my daily routine. If I miss a day, I feel guilty emoticon
I allow myself 1-2 days of rest but still try to do a little extra on the day after a rest day.
I've come back because I haven't found another challenge (group) that is set up the same way to motivate. The Swim...format uses a stability ball and I am just not loving that emoticon I do love coach Nicole's videos though. I've lost 1/2 my goal weight...concerned about hitting a plateau...hopefully I'll find the advice/motivation to lose the rest. emoticon

Hello to everyone else who's just starting out on this thing!

My goal over the next four weeks WOULD be to lose a certain amount of weight, but my scale is terrible, so I have no idea what I actually weigh on any given day. Seriously, the scale has about a +/- 5 lbs margin of error at any time. *sigh*

ANYWAY, this means that my goals are all about actually sticking to this thing. My goal is just to do this thing every day and put as much into it as I can, and hopefully I'll feel results in how my clothes feel instead of seeing them on a scale. Seeing a reduction in the "muffin-tops" and/ or the thighs would be very excellent, too. :)

Hey, I graduated from this challenge yesterday and I am so inspired that I'm back and ready for a second round. I just hope to get stronger and continue to lose pounds and inches. The numbers aren't important to me (I tend to obsess about them and I'm changing that), I just want to see my dress size continue to fall and my biceps continue to bulge! I have passed the age of 50 now and its way past time to do something about my weight and more importantly my health. Am recuperating from foot surgery just got the go ahead to being excercise this week, thought the bootcamp would be a good place to start. It will take well over 28 days to reach my long term goal of losing 144 pounds, but this is my first goal to get results from the bootcamp. Good luck to everyone.

Ultimately, I want to lose 25 lbs. But I have tried and fallen off weight loss streaks before, so I want to see this 4 week bootcamp through all the way. I'm tired of not seeing results, or getting them then gaining the weight back again after I lose it. So I'm committed emoticon

My goals are very similar to a lot of other people's goals. I've tried this before and I've bailed on it after one week. I need to learn enough discipline to stick with this. I enjoyed it before. I have to stop making excuses for myself. I don't necessarily want to lose any weight. I just want to tone up and get into the habit of being active.

I joined this challenge to tone up while I reach my goal weight. The last thing I want is to make it to 180 in September only to have no tone to show for it. I want to be able to fit into that cocktail dress and look good at the same time on my 21st Birthday in Vegas! I've completed one day and hope to continue all the way to the last day!
