good morning everyone! I am here to make this my goal of losing weight finally and keeping it off! As many of you know.. I lost 125 pounds about 4 years ago. However, it did not stay off as long as I had worked losing it. I did not keep my goals and exercise up, I let my health issues stand in the way. Not only did I gain the 125 pounds back, I also gain 75 pounds extra. This weight has stayed on me since!
Here I am again, this time with the begining weight of 325 pounds.
Here are my new goals:

1. Eat several small meals a day.
2. Exercise 1 hour everyday.
3. Eat healthy everyday.
4. Write down everything I eat everyday. In otherwords Journal, Journal and Journal! (This is my hardest thing to do.)
5. Watch my sugar intake, and monitor my blood.
6. Eat healthy snacks!
7. Drink water before each meal.
8. Make time for myself.

I have found that if I walk even in the grocery store for one hour that is at least moving.

Good Luck Everyone!

Challenge Goals:

1. Don't go overboard and try and take on more than the challenge asks.
2. Pre-track my food. Plan ahead. Go to the store. Be prepared for the next meal.

I plan to start my eating and exercise program so that I can get back into the habit of being actively involved in doing something to become totally healthy again. By being involved in doing this program, I feel that I am actively trying to do something good for myself.

I joined so I could have a sort of "jumping off" point to begin my weight loss journey.

My goal is just to actually complete the bootcamp!

I want to lose 10 pounds. I've got an orange cat, a black and white cat, and a boyfriend all cheering me on towards my goal. I also hope to use this to combat my lack-of-sunlight seasonal drowsiness. I want to feel energized and ready to go! I firmly believe that extra exercise will help give me that daily pick-me-up that I'm looking for.

Hello Fellow Sparkers! My goals are simple. For the long term, I wish to get under 200 pounds (only 14 to go) and get my average blood sugar at least halfway in check (under 200 also).

The short term is also simple. To track my food daily and to complete this 28-day bootcamp, one day at a time!

Happy New Year, Sparkpeople!

I am on a 52 week plan where I intend to lose 75 lbs. I am currently a size 22 but my goal is to be a size 8.
I am a stay-at-home Mom of 3 kids and a FT Law student. I also teach French PT.
By the end of the 28 day challenge, I hope to lose 6-10lbs and be established in a stable, effective workout routine.
Good luck to everyone! Let's make each day count :0)

I really like workout challenges and working out with other people so I thought this would be really motivating for me. I recently tracked everything I ate for 6 weeks but still am trying to get more cardio. So my goal is to do cardio for 10 minutes for at least five days per week. I also plan on starting to track again on Monday.

I've lost 45 lbs. with SP and Curves since March 2010, and need to kick these last 5 stubborn lbs. to the curb! emoticon

I do circuit training/cardio 5 days a week, but wanted to mix up my routine with this challenge. I'm ready for the new me in 2011!

Good luck!

I want to use this challenge to get myself back on to a good food & exercise routine. By the end of the challenge, I'd like to be back to exercising at least 30mins a day, including strength training 3 times per week. I've been out of the habit since my vacation in October.

Minimum 6lb weight loss over the 4 weeks would be nice, that would get me to my lowest weight since my youngest son was born.

I STARTED BOOT CAMP LAST SUMMER BUT LET MYSELF GET OVERWHELMED AND QUITE EXERCISING ALL TOGETHER.

I COULDN'T DO ALL OF THE EXERCISES IN THE VIDEO AND HAD TO ADAPT A LOT OF THEM WHICH I GUESS MADE ME FEEL "LESS THAN"

MY GOAL IS TO COMPLETE BOOT CAMP BUT NOT STRESS ABOUT IT.

I HOPE TO LOSE 1.5 POUNDS PER WEEK. I WANT TO LOSE 50 POUNDS BY MY BIRTHDAY IN AUGUST. emoticon
