Don't forget to drink water. Clay-Lady, water will help your headache, more exercise means more toxins stirred up and releasing. Also, orange juice, has carbs for energy, and is just plain healthy. Remember if you are increasing your cardio beyond what you are normally doing, check your caloric intake, you might just be underfeeding yourself. Sounds crazy I know, but it is true, and if your body thinks it's not getting enough, it will complain and try to fight your weight loss instead of submitting to it.

Keep up the great work y'all. :) I'm on Day 5, will be doing the video soon. Am very excited to be committed to this challenge. Imagine the results at the end of 28 days? I am certain it's going to fluxuate at first, but oh Mama! what victory is ahead :)!

To go forwards, is to keep the goal ahead of you :-)

Finished day 4- not used to doing ab workouts while standing, but we will see if I am sore tomorrow. Took all I had to get me out side for cardio today, but I decided to just do a brisk walk with the dog instead of my normal walk/jog.

I thought days 1 and 2 of the videos were too easy...but day 3 was harder since I was using 10 pound dumbbells. Glad to see that it's getting more challenging!

Really only on day 2 for me since I just joined. Finished my c25K run and the video, now for some light weights and I'm done for the day! Didn't want to do weights but as long as I'm already sweaty...
We can do this!!

Day 5 for me! Holy crap, that ST video kicked my tail! My boyfriend was trying not to giggle while I whined lol.

Not seeing any weight or measurement reduction yet, but it's early yet. I did mess up and ate a burger from wendys last night, so I did extra cardio today.

Keeping positive though! We CAN do this!!

On day 5 today and I am doing GREAT at sticking to my cardio goals and thanks to this team keep accountable in getting my strength workouts in.

I am finding I enjoy doing my cardio in the morning but the bootcamp video workouts end up getting done in the afternoon or evenings. Its all good and I am enjoying the new streak.

SP is the best tool to stay on track. I've excercised every day, and keeping track of everything I eat. That makes all the difference for better food choices and portion control!

If we don't change the direction we are headed, we will end up where we are going.

I'm on day 3 and doing great! How is everyone else doing?! Just did my starting measurements and I'm hoping to see some reduction in those and loss in lbs in the next 28 days. Keep it up, we've got this!

I am more active, logging more but still not consistent but thank God my memory still works so I can back up a day and log my exercise and goals. So I am better..journaling isnt my best yet but working on it.Also watching what I eat and always having a V8 ready for snack is a good thing!

Good Morning,
Day care and I just did the 1st day work out. Was fun. I don't do burpies well but tried. My heart is pumping and the day care kids are quiet for 5 minutes.

This is good for my heart, good for day care kids, good to put in some time together (toddlers and pre school) Then I get well behaved children for 10 minutes. woo hoo!

The wife and I are working out together--this is day #3 and all is well. From walking 2 miles daily with Leslie Sansone for 2 weeks, my blood pressure has dropped from 158/95 to 122/82. Now that's a benefit!

I agree, MCISGAK, my thighs are screaming too...and I LOVE IT! I am getting ready to do my 5th day video, and then get on the treadmill for some good cardio walking. I love this challenge!!

Just finished my 30 min of aerobics. I did step aerobics and dance. I love the day four video for core firming. I decided to do it twice. Getting easier, and loving this challenge. Diana

I'm on day 3 and doing well :). I've done the 10 minute videos every day plus 30-60 mins cardio on top of that. Keep up the good work everyone!

Today;s day 2 for me, and I'm doing good. My personal goal is to do 3 days of ST. I know the challenge calls for ST every day, but we'll see. Yesterday I didn't do ST because I had a crisis and things came up. I did get my cardio yesterday, and today I got cardio and ST. I am so excited!!

Day 4 of the challenge for me and it felt great. I'm wanting to break up my exercise routine and do the videos in the morning and the cardio in the evening but so far that hasn't happened - both are happening in the evenings. Why is it so hard to get up in the morning?

had to combine day 2 and 3 videos. felt them afterwards, but felt great. walking and jogging on the treadmill for my cardio. still haven't figured out how to log the strength training video under my strength training. i think tomorrow i will combine the day 4 and the day 1 videos.

Hello I just did Day 1 video. I usually walk 6 days a week and do strength training 3 times a week. It wasn't that bad fitting the video.

I'm doing pretty good. I seem to only get in the 10 video each day but its still something. I do feel better, more energy and only after 3 days of 10 min. exercises and cardio.

Today I did 45 min of cardio, followed by the day 2 video. It was actually easier than I thought it would be, but still challenged my muscles. I am technically on day 3 of challenge, but have only had a chance to do one full video this week. It went by so quickly and is going ot be easy to incorporate into my routine!

doing good I work out 60 min to 90 min 5 days a week and also doing pilates so the videos are easy for me not so much a boot camp but I will finish it because it is 10 min more than my workouts at the gym

Today was actually the first day that I was able to do any of the videos so I did three of them this A.M. Needless to say, I was very tired and sore by the time I got to work. But I plan on doing 2 more videos tomorrow!! Can't stop moving!!

So far so good - I usually do a much longer workout video each day, so week 1 isn't too bad. So far, though, I've just done the bootcamp videos, and not my usual one, tomorrow I'm doing both. We'll see how that goes!

I just finished day 3 video. The videos are short but I find that I am a little sore the next day. So far I am keeping up and hope to be able to make it through the entire challenge.

Hi Jeanut.

Saw your post and you're absolutely right it's about doing what you can do. I think it's emoticon that you did Day 2 even though you were tired. Day 3 is upper body so your knees should get a good rest tomorrow. Stick with it! emoticon

I left off my cardio today, had a long trip (4hrs total driving time) and it does a number on my back and knees. I was able to do some stretches this morning before leaving and was able to hold out to do day 2 of the boot camp videos.
I had a little trouble yesterday with day one and more today with day 2 video. I have very bad knees... so when it was time to do the lunges and other things I can't do I walk in place... I feel that at least I was moving and that is something..
I'm hoping after a good nights rest tomorrow will be better

I have been having to play catch up on the videos did 2 yesterday and 2 today. I am loving this challenge, it just the extra boost I am needing right now. I love that they are just 10 min videos so it is quick, and I can always do them 2 times if I need more reps.

this combined w/ a new years challenge at my gym and I should have exercise down as a habit after this. You know they say that you have to do something for 21 days to make it a habit. so that is my plan. :)

I'm having a hard time locking down a schedule with these winter weather blues. I go to the gym on my lunch at work but I can't seem to find the energy to do the weights when I get home. I feel so tired! It's dark when I go to work and dark when I come home. My body feels like it's ready for bed at 5.

Does anyone have any energy boosting suggestions?

Hello, just did video day 2, awesome! Nice 10 mins. However, I'm worried that it's not enough! I think I'm being impatient. I almost crave the post-workout high and I don't get it with these 10 mins. :-S

Completed Day 2 video just now. Almost didn't do it, I'm exhausted but I told myself "what is 10min!? I'm so glad I did. Cardio will be tomorrow. One day, one workout and one meal at a time is my motto right now:-)
