It is only day 2 for the the "28 day bootcamp." I enjoy the workouts cause they are just 10 minutes and I just add it to what I do everyday. I am dedicated to daily hot yoga practice. Some of them involve cardio and weights so I have felt much stronger since December when I started working out every day again. Spark People keeps me motivated since I can keep track of what I am doing everyday and see the progress.

I did the third workout video for the challenge. I enjoyed the chair workouts because they are workouts I haven't done before with proper training.

cardio 1/5
video: 3/7

It is day 3, I am doing my 2nd cardio activity tomorrow at the gym and will also do the workout video on sparkpeople of course :)
