I finished day one boot camp. Well i finished first session of day one boot camp. I am going to try to do it again later this evening. It felt good and I was able to actually do more than I thought I would have. I can't beleive how much I sweated in only 10 minutes. So I know it was a good work out.

Finished Day 1. I had to modify the jumping jacks (my knee isn't up to jumping) but made it through!

The 10 minute workouts are pretty easy to fit into the day. I used to think that exercise required an hour or more to be effective. This should be much easier to stay with.

Just stick with it. Exercises get easier with time. And I'm sure the pain will be worth the gain :) emoticon

Just finished Day 1. Actually was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I did have to stop for a second during the jumping jacks but besides that kept up pretty well. emoticon emoticon

I just did the first workout too. I had a hard time staying coordinated. Jumping jacks...wow have not done those in over 25 years. I found it easier doing the one leg/one arm option. I guess i am not in as great shape as I thought I was.

I have just completed the first work out

Am more uncoordinated and unfit then I thought I was, at one point I forgot my left and right

Just goes to prove the softy approach doesnt work with me, any other work out I would have wondered off bored.

it can only get better
