Just starting week 2.
Goals:
► Increase weights on the daily vids from what I used last week.
YES, HAPPENING

► Increase either intensity or duration of every day's cardio above last week's effort.
KIND OF, but not drammatically.

► Keep up to date - no playing catch-up.
YES for doing it, NO for posting about it.

► DO the required diet logging.
SOME, not all.

overall - a grade of C? B-?

So yesterday kind of sucked for me. I've been working constantly on getting ready for finals, which are tomorrow-Thursday. It's still no excuse though. I only burned 168 calories, and I went over a little bit on my calories. The only good thing was I drank 8 glasses of water.

Now for today...

I have burned 250 cals from a cardio video and did yesterday and todays videos. Plus after dinner my fiance and I are going to go on a fast paced walk.

I've been tracking my calories and am doing good today.

I'm slacking on the water intake today. But I'm going to make sure I get in my full 8!

Well, yesterday I did two videos but did not meet my 30 minutes of cardio. I am going to make up for that today!

I drank 8 glasses of water.

I tracked all my food, ending up going over by 14 stinking calories (I blame the dark chocolate kit kat bar!)

So, yesterday I met all of goals.

I burned 300 calories,
did an extra video,
drank 9 glasses of water and
logged my food and was in the middle of my range.

When I hopped on the scale this morning I saw a number I haven't see in years emoticon Super excited!!! I think having these small goals each week plus this challenge is really helping me out!

So week 1 was a success, and I'm looking forward for week 2. I started the first video today and decided that if I track my goals on here daily that hopefully that will make me feel more accountable to achieve every goal. Here are my goals for this week:

1. Complete challenge video/cardio
(need to burn my daily goal of 237 calories)
2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water
3. Track my calories every day
