LIBRARIAN28- Welcome!

Hang in there Hisartist - I've been on a plateau and slowly starting move the right direction again. But I had to be extra mindful of what was going in my mouth!

Basically I'm maintaining, which is fine with me. I'm going to change up my nutrition and see if increasing my intake will help break this little plateau I'm on. Overall, it's been a great month!

Strong is what you have left when you've used up all your weak.

No Excuses, Just Results!

Lost 3 pounds since Jan 1. But I really haven't changed my eating habits so I that's saying something about the excercise I'm doing...:)

Hello. I don't know what orders we are supposed to follow. Can you send them to me at electroontherun@yahoo.com. I receive so many emails from spark that i am overwhelmed. So i just pick randomly some to read. Currently i just bike for 30 minutes at the gym 3 times a week in the morning; which works out best for me, and in which i manage to do 6.5 - 7 miles, not bad huh. I used to track my food intake last year but that got boring and time consuming. Congratulations on your weight loss, wow 6 pounds in 4 weeks, thats cool.

Congrats!!! That's so awesome to hear. I'm on the same track as you... more energy, feeling great, about half way through week 4 and have lost 4.6 lbs. It's a great feeling!

So I know I'm not finished with week four yet, but I'm already excited by the results. I haven't been able to follow our orders *perfectly* but I have increased my cardio A LOT and have been tracking my food the whole time. My results? More energy, and, though yesterday was not my official weigh-in day, it looks like I am back in the 130s! That makes my weight loss about six pounds since Jan. 1. Woo Hoo!

What kind of results are you noticing as we progress?
