1. Go to sleep by 11 pm five nights this week
2. Unwind before sleep (pray, read inspiring spiritual book)
3. If I wake up in the middle of the night, stay in bed and pray instead of getting up and playing on the computer
4. Only drink herbal tea after 9 pm
