one thing you can do, if you're set on tracking your foods, is add the recipe to the recipe tracker. it allows you to add the ingredients (and measurements) then it'll break down the nutrition info for you. (I do it occasionally myself)

Thx Sue for u're reply. I track my daily food intake (and water) on the Spark tracker. If I eat an egg, I write it down. It helps me stay on track. The nutritional info automatically pops up but if u make u're own recipe, then you need to enter the info.

No big deal. I was just wondering. So far, the recipes on that site that I've used dont have any added (not allowed) ingredients.

Be aware that a lot of the recipes at mydukandiet are NOT Dukan approved since many of them have extras that aren't on the 100 allowed food list.

I'm not sure what you mean "when I try to track the food I've eaten". There is no keeping track of anything on this plan.

I just have a general question about the nutritional infomation for some of the dukan recipes. I've found the "mydukandiet" website very helpful when I'm stuck for cooking something dukan friendly. BUT - when I try to track the food I've eaten, I don't know what the nutritional info is...

Does anyone know what the info would be for the Dukan tea biscuits? They're my morning staple (I love them) but I can never track it.
