I have done about 2 miles all week. I am being challenged in another way. Up til two weeks ago I was doing 5 miles or more. Since going to the doctor about an annoying pain in the "butt" that has been there for a while now. Found out the pain is actually my hip. I will be needing a hip replacement. Shook me up. I have been "slowly getting rid of my weight" about forty pounds since July 2009 thinking by eating healthy and exercising the pain in the "butt" would go away. Well!!! I guess it will with surgery. Then I can exercise without the pain in the "butt"!!!!! What an experience.!!!!
