Walked the dog - 30 min's. Sunday is typically my "rest & recovery" day for the week so I tend to keep things rather light unless something gets me up and moving in the spur of the moment.

does a large Costco run count?? lifting those cases of water etc and pushing heavy cart sure feels like exercise lol.
