a hint...mostly for the gals...when I am working, I have trouble sometimes making sure I get my water so I picked up some cheap stretchy pearl bracelets (Walmart) I put them all on one wrist in the morning and with each 8 oz glass of water I drink I slip one to the other wrist...guys you could use rubber bands I guess that wouldn't be too weird...anyway, at a glance, you can tell you need to have some water!

I seriously can never even get close to 8! I don't drink much anyway, but I can't seem to get past 6 or so glasses. It drives me crazy! I wonder if it's because I am a smaller person or the fact that I rarely drink liquids anyway. Well, I will try my best today! Maybe I can make it all the way to 7!

Haven't quite hit eight yet. I lose track so quickly. But I know I've been hitting at least 8 since I started everyday! Which is good since I used to just drink orange juice all the time. But for some reason, I feel like I'm preparing to go out drinking when I drink this much water.

I too am a soda addict....all my life. I switched from regular Dr. pepper to Diet Dr. Pepper, down to one can per day! I have a 6 week old so caffiene is a staple in my life right now :) Congrats on going cold turkey!!

11 glasses in - this is actually the easy part for me, a throwback from when I was pg with my twins - staying well hydrated helped ward off some of the preterm labor.

Crystal Light is a water flavoring mix - some pretty good flavors and sugar free so a lot of people use it as a substitute for water. My MIL cant drink plain water but can manage to stay hydrated if she mixes in Crystal Light.

I get in about 10 glasses a day. I have a water bottle at my desk and a water cooler down the hall from my office. I fill up often, and don't really think about how much I've had until the end of the day.

Switching to water has been one of the toughest challenges for me, though, because I am a total diet soda addict. I could easily drink a couple of two-liters of diet Dr. Pepper a day. Going cold-turkey on the diet soda is a huge step for me, and I'm sure my body will appreciate the absence of all of the artificial junk I was pouring down my throat all day.

I got 10 glasses in yesterday...part of that is crystal light my go to beverage these days, I love the various juice flavors in the morning and lemonade with lunch and buzzed up in the blender with ice in the heat of the day!
