I've been gone so I just now saw this challenge.....I have to do some figuring to make the 25% per week figure out but count me in!! I think it's great to try to get a spring jump going!!

April to me is the last month before summer. This is last month to get in shape so that I sweat less during the summer. I challenge this team to increase there physical activity by 25% each week so that by the end of the month you will be doing double what you started.
