Weight to loose: 12 pounds
Diet plan: Between 1300 and 1500 calories a day
Excercise plan: Work out weekdays alternating strength and cardio
Reward: Well, there are several rewards here for me. The first one is a killer costume. The second is that I'm currently involved with a weight-loss challenge at work, and I have a bet with a close coworker to see who looses the most body percentage. The loser buys the winner dinner at a nice resturant. On top of all of that my birthday in November 2nd, so I am totally looking forward to feeling great for my birthday. And probably buying some new clothes with my gift cards and stuff from my family.

I have been sort of at a plateau for a while even though I have been exercising more so I don't want to set an unrealistic goal and get discouraged.

weight to lose 18.4 (getting close to goal weight, so it sure if my weight loss will slow down, hence the 18.4 lbs, but more would be awesome)

watch my sodium intake, drink lots of water, no cheat days, limit processed foods.

finish the shred, yoga melt 1&2 twice a week. Stay active

I want to finally fit into the Halloween costume I've always wanted (either super girl, wonder woman or a ghostbuster my daughters fave lol I'm going to make her a ghostbuster costume so I may just make one for everyone in the family..

Diet Plan:
emoticon Limited Takeaways(once every 2 weeks), No Pastries(hard!), No Processed foods, No Carbonated drinks, Limited alcohol, Pasta ONCE a week!!(super hard!!!!)....

Exercise Plan:
emoticon Walking, Jump rope, Sit ups, Pilates at home.

Reward for goal:
emoticon To be able to fit into the Awesome dress that Fallen Angel gave me for Halloween!!! :)

Exercise Plan: 3x a week at gym, home exercise on off days
