Won't be going to my TOPS meeting this morning. My husband and I are doing a craft fair at a local hospital/nursing home.

Did weigh myself at home - I had a loss. But this scale never has the same weight as the TOPS scale, so I usually count a much smaller loss until I get to my next meeting.

FYI - just something funny.....I weighed myself at the Y in kilometers - LOL - I am under 100 - kinda felt good to see that - LOL!

That is great Charlene, You are such an inspiration to me.
I lost 3.2 Pounds last night. With the weight gain I had, I am down 6 pounds this year. Only 4 pounds to go for my 10 pounds.

I gained weight Monday night. I am now back to where I started. I am starting a new food plan that I am hoping I can stick to.

Having a no gain week is great..

Yup - that is one of the best things to do - we sometimes (pretty regularly sometimes) need to get a binge or mini binge out of our systems. The quicker we recover from it, the better off we are.

Great loss Charleen, I have really understood WW point system.

I gained a lot of weight this week, I binged all weekend. I am restarting today.

I need to get right back on the bandwagon when I do go off my food plan. I am now going to try the low carb one.

I lost 1.6 lbs at my TOPS meeting yesterday. I follow the Weight Watchers eating plan and had gone over my weekly points (5 over), so I was very happy with a loss.

Gained .2 at my TOPS meting this morning. Kinda "bummed" - I stayed on my program all week and even had some little victories over food. I know the scale is not the "end all" for my week or my weight loss program - it is just disappointing. BUT NOW - I have to make sure I don't let my disappointment slip over into my eating habits. You know, "I gained weight so I might as well just eat".......

I lost only .2 pounds this week. It is a small lost but a lost.

KOPS are counted in the million pound challenge, the way I understand it when a KOP stays in leway all year, they use the number of pounds lost the year before becoming a KOP. Do not give up,. They included everyone.

Being KOPS, I'm not counted, as long as I'm, in the leeway, in the million pound challenge, but our chapter lost 5.5 pounds, which isn't bad for our really small chapter.

Charlene 4 pounds is a great weight loss for only 1 week. Healthy weight loss rate is 1-2 pounds a week. Quite frequently, at the beginning of a weight loss program, more is lost, then it slows down to that 1-2 pounds a week. So don't complain about 4 pounds!

With this weeks weigh in I have lost 1.8 lbs this year toward the Million Pound Challenge.
I am doing well with the journaling and the exercise. Still working on the unplanned snacking between meals and after dinner, but definitely getting better. emoticon

HI everyone,

I have been working on journaling Monday I have not. I did not go to the meeting this week, I am sure I have loss, the home is down. Monday was the a day of unexpected events. Going to the gym is hard, I have not gone since Friday. I did some exercise at home.

Hi everyone. This weekend has been hecket. I did manage to keep a food diary until yesterday, I am back keeping one today. I have not done well with exercising. I have not gone to the gym since fri. Have exercised some at home. Did not go to last night's meeting, I am sure I would have shown a loss.

I have been journaling and exercising (either the gym or walks). My unplanned snacking is getting better, over the weekend I had one day that I was really good, the other day a little unplanned snacking. All in all I think I am doing better with the amount of calories I am consuming. Still trying hard and my hope is for a good weigh-in on Thursday for the first weigh-in of the month.

Yesterday I did journal, but ate way too much. Way over my allowed calories. emoticon

I did go to the gym for a little over an hour and had 13,712 steps at the end of the day. emoticon

Today isn't off to a good start, but there could aways be a better ending.........

Yesterday was a coffee and desert program at the cooperative extension,I did very well till the end. I ate a lot of candy.There was a group of us talking and I ate unconsciously. The scale is up today.I have a doctor appointment today, I have a healthy lule to exercise, yesterday, and most likely run out of time today. I have a healthy lunch and snack packed.

I did journal my foods, at the end I counted the wrappers.I was unable to exercise.

Hi everyone:

I've been away for about 10 days (went to Vegas on vacation). I see there are many new faces in our group. How wonderful to meet all of you.

Needless to say, I did not follow my food plan while on vacation. Been home about 5 days now and still not following my food plan. I am trying to reign myself in slowly - eating a bit less each day. I gotta say - it's hard, but I'll get there.

Tuesday weigh in at TOPS

still a KOPS below goal but a 1.6 gain.
this week will work on getting that gain off- I want to be a few more pounds below goal.

I journaled, stayed in my calorie range.I went to the gym. I am up to 8 minutes on the bike. (it does not sound like much, it is an accomplishment for me). I then did my workout on the machines.

TOPS meeting last night, I had gained .4 pounds emoticon

Yes I am working on the million pound challenge. I think it is a great challenge for all TOPS members.

I have a written food/feeling journal, I have been doing well keeping track. I also been keeping track during binges lately.

Who is working the cut and burn to lose 10 pounds this year or are you a KOPS working on maintaining below goal.

HERE IS A CHALLENGE WE CAN ALL WORK TOWARDS

1. LOSE AT LEAST 10 POUNDS IN 2017. JANUARY 1 THRU DECEMBER 31.
2. KEEP A FOOD DIARY EITHER ONLINE OR ON PAPER
3. REPORT YOUR EXERCISE OR STEPS
