I do it at one time. The stationary bike I was using is recumbent so no numbing problems. I will have some when on my road bike but it is getting too cold for that here.

Linnbear - Do you do 15 miles on the bike at one time or do you split it up? I can only get in about 6 before my butt goes numb! emoticon
