I just posted the recipe I've perfected over the summer. It comes out a little al dente; because I make enough for the week and then turn them into meals (and I end up cooking them again).

I should eat alot of green veggies, beans, and almonds to get my calcium since I am lactose intolerant. I think molasses has calcium too? It also is in the recipe.
