Wk 1 Day 1 Stationary bike 35 minutes 7-8mph 4miles at medium tension ---
Day 2 -Treadmill - flatdue to back surgery/neuropathy - 1.8-2mph - pulse under 120 = .35mi
Day 3 - walking in church building and groc store - 1200-1500steps but didn't use pedometer
Day 4 - Seated elliptical - simplest of the machines for me - good for Monday because I don't feel very energized - very sleepy in afternoon -
Day 5 - still very sleepy - so napping today - concerned that it may be heart related but BP and oxygen numbers are good - and seem to be sleeping good at night - mystery - mybe just the winter blahs.
Day 6 - walked 1.7 miles in Walmart - some at a good pace and other kind of slow - the cart gives me security with my neuropathy - but having more balance probles when I reach on shelves for things so this slowed me down. Beginning to doubt I I can do even a therapeutic 5K but will keep trying for a while longer
Day 7 15 minutes on stationary bike - =2miles and no pain!
