Week one completed successfully???!! My usual yo yo dieting pattern the first week I loose a lot fast from 184-179.6. Now for week two. Love the challenges goals and all advice SparkPeople offer

Love, Love this walking challenge. Liked the article this morning and calculated how many steps it takes me to walk a mile. Interesting, but mine did come very close to the estimate in the article.

Day 8 so I have finished one week - this doesn't seem real for me yet - I think I am still doubting that I will be able to meet this goal even on the therapeutic type course I planned like before

I completed week 1 this past Friday and didn't have a chance to check in. It wasn't too difficult, though there were a couple moments that I just wanted to slow down and take it easy. I tried to make sure to keep the pace up and push myself a little bit. I'm lucky that it's been so warm outside recently! I'm starting week 2 today!
