I finished week 3 - fearing not being able to complete this race even if at therapeutic level. But will keep training and learning.

I finished week three yesterday. Today will be a rest day but will still get a pretty good beach walk done with my little beach loving pooch.

Finally finished week 3, although I'm doubling each week since my 5K is at the end of the month.

If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?
