My Day 1 week 5 is tomorrow
My Day 3 week 4 was yesterday and I was pooped

I am nervous ...but tingly to see what I can do
This has been a great learning experience emoticon

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

Today I did my week 5 day 1, but I only did 3.3 km (I was faster when I just walked...)
I don't think I can do 5 km on day 3...
It has been 6 weeks since I started, it is taking me more time than expected.

But still, I am happy because I am running (some kind of) which is something I didn't think I could do!
And have been exercising more or less regularly for the last three months (more than ever in my life).

So, I am slow. Who cares? I'm planning to add one repetition each day until I get to 5K, before claiming to have finished this program.
