I have been working hard to lose weight I am diabetic so I watch what I eat been drinking lots of water getting 30 mins. exercise on a daily I can do this somebody give me a little more motivation

I already track my food and exercise, but I am going to try to increase my exercise (hard with a new job), drink more water, and eliminate unhealthy snacks (oh that late night ice cream!)
