Mini goals are always good. I made mine some time ago and my A1C was 6.1, then 5.8 then back to 6.0 and last week was at 5.8 again. The weight loss will help with keeping your sugars on point. Soon, I hope to take less meds for it.

That is a great idea. I'm doing the same thing. I'm not focusing on the end goal, but the next pound. I've been doing it for a week now and its working. Great minds think alike. emoticon
