Starting week 3 today.
Things went pretty good last week.

Goals are almost the same for this week:
1. Plan meals for the week.
2. Stay focused, stick to the meal plan.
3. Exercise outside for 30 minutes 3 times this week.
4. Lose 2.5 this week.

Keep moving forward!
