I am not very smart when it comes to computers. I can't even find the chart where I need to post fasting blood sugar , weight, etc. I have been trying to get to it for 30 minutes. I found other things that I didn't even know were there. lol . I think this is part of the reason I keep quitting and starting over again. I think my solution is to write it in a note book.

Week 3 Day 1 - Doing good lost 2 pounds 5 pounds since beginning. FBS still skipping around, have to do some analysing. It is nice to have it all written down so I can find the culprit. The day I was 181 F I had forgotten to take my insulin the night before! I am so happy to be here, hope all of you are doing good too. If you follow spark coach it makes it easy

Isn't that amazing how we keep craving things like cookies and candy even though we feel sick after we eat them! I am getting my BS numbers down also and , in fact yesterday actually had an insulin reaction after waiting until 2 pm for lunch, we were out running errands. Then of course I overcompensated and the rest of the day was too high. Today I will do better and take a lunch with me.

So far, so good. My numbers are coming down, and even though I had some issues with cookies yesterday, seeing my fasting shoot thru the roof this morning and feeling sick after eating the cookies, I am chastised properly. I have lost 2 pounds in my first two weeks, and I want to keep it steady. I want to lose 8-10lbs by April 18th- I have airplane travel for a quick trip to visit my family. When I reach that goal of loss, I have decided I am getting myself an iPod.

I am digging the new Jello sugar free cherry pomoegranate flavor I found, so that has become a replacement for some of the sweet things I'm still craving.

Boosting my cardio to 45 mins per day with the toning added in.

I can do this!
