SUNSHYNECOOKS - I have problems with hypoglycemia now that I've lost 35+# since being on SP. If you aren't already, eat 3 snacks a day plus your three meals but try to keep within your calorie range provided to you. I would suggest eating your last snack about 1 hour before bedtime to keep you from going into a hypoglycemic episode during the night. I have found that by eating 3 snacks today AND ON TIME that I have less hypoglycemic episodes. Sometimes, I have had to add an extra snack on top of my 3 snacks so I really have to watch it. Contact your dr, however, as if you are on oral or injectable insulin you might have to have the amount reduced.

Had the flu in week two....that made it hard to exercise and eat right...got better..now my blood counts are way low for me. Wonder if the meds are too high....I was high, then right on for about 3 weeks...now too low...even when I eat carbs that should have kept me at normal....my tummy is gurgle city...I have a blood test Thursday am and see the
Dr. second week of December. In the meantime, will keep working on trigger points for stress and sleep. Have final training for tax season, may be adding hours to AFter school program as a liaison between students and program and the holiday season! emoticon
