Fasting Glucose for 7/9/2014 is 230. Not surprised, having medical procedure done 7/10 and have to fast 24 hours prior (no solid foods), so I loaded up on food 7/8/2014. Don't know if this was a good idea but will be back on track Friday, 7/11/2014. Will emoticon

quite high i was getting up to 14 a few months ago..even was exercising and eating as healthy as possible)
I started high fat, butter, fat from bacon(after cooking saving the fdat and using it to cook a few foods), and fatty meat, full fat milk, cream, coconut oil, etc and my bs's are lower dont go higher than150, but mostly are between 5.2 and 7.2= 93.6 and 129.6..
i dont eat fast food never did so thats easy, but i dont have cravings for food at night can go till next morning and still not be hungry.. i eat veges no bread... occasionally a dry toast, once a month with full fat butter and cheese etc .. eggs with bacon in the mornin g or half hand 1/2 cup of oats with water cooked tbs spoon cinnamon and full cream or milk...
I last made 1 egg with a little bacon and a spoon of maple syrup( the real one) ohh it just was delicious...
I have lost weight even though i cant exercise due to a broken foot; im surprised at that... but am happy...I started taking a lot of supplements aswell to try to get my body on a natural methylation and hopefully is curing my gut, i have new hairgrowth on my head since i started that aswell which is an extra plus...
i eat veges and fruits and my bs does not go too high after the fruits since i add coconut tsp with the fruit.. i make chicken in coconut oil and it adds a very nice flavour to it.. i hope you get inspired Tina
