Thanks for asking that question I was wondering if I was going to go over 30 min times if it was going to upset my BS'S and now I see that I can continue with the 30 min forms of exercise and just add another 30 min time frame when I start to increase my exercise! Wishing everyone much Success !

I set the nearest timer and do it in minutes set. That gives you a bit more motivation.
Microwave or oven timer. I am actually going to buty a cheap timer because my stop watch is too complicted to set. Just keep tracking Pat in Maine.

I have found that I can fit in the strength training as I go through my day - arm boxers while my coffee percolates, wall push-ups while I'm waiting for the scanner, hip flexors while I brush my teeth, etc. Does it matter that I split it up or do they have to be done within the same 20 minute period?
