glad you're better Alley! can't believe we're here, fixing to wrap up week 4!
this has been a tougher week, had to yank my sweet tooth again after Valentines... and finally doing better too :)

had a really special NSV(s) this week... my bs#s have been trending downwards, consistently, since starting this challenge last August... this week, I've had several new post-meal lows and new morning lows ~ averaging about 50 pts lower than last August! Woot!!!
blood sugars remain a mystery to me... my highest bs# is often mid-morning because of the "dawn syndrome" (liver releases bs into the body)… and I can definitely tell now that exercise impacts and reduces the hikes & spikes, immediately with the exercise but also has an afterburn for a day or 2... so when I ease off exercise, the bs#s creep up...
who knew? I wish I knew earlier... but I am glad we have this challenge to help us stay focused ~ because we matter and what we do, how we eat and move, can and does help our bodies, and that's exciting! the longer we can prevent/delay and help our bodies, the better! we are worth it!
