My week has been good I lost 2.6 pounds(was at a plateau for two weeks), and I am feeling well.

Week 4 has moved along really well. I have 2 more post to make and I will be done and ready for Week 5. I lost 1/2 pound this week. emoticon It is better than a gain !! I CAN and WILL DO IT !!!

I just finished all the items on week 4. My weight is the same but my stomach is starting to shrink.

I haven't been on the discussions much. I found out this week my husband's condition is deteriorating and most likely, he is dying. The exercise helped me with the stress, but I didn't feel like "talking" and probably will be doing more reading than talking over the next few weeks.

Sorry about your husband. I've been there - mine passed away 13 yearsago. It is difficult to think about weight loss at a time like this. I try to think of ways of comfort other than food.

Sorry I did not read your entire post earlier. Do you have family and friends nearby?. They can be a God-send.

I too am on week 4, sugar and other health issues under control. Only thing out of control is the scale but that is a far distant second to the health and strength benefits I am getting from this challenge.
On to bigger and better things Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have finished Week 3 and I am starting on Week 4. It Feels soooo Good!
