If not go to the Spark start page and way down ot the bottom it says SPARK SUMMARY CALENDAR. I love it and it lets you compare days of caloies etc for the month . Just thought I woul dshare it woth you.

BLOOD sugar down is fabulous. I find doing both eating right and exercise will help keep it down. I love the strength training with Dumbells and bands. Way to go I am happy to hear good results WELL DONE keep it up Pat in Maine, emoticon emoticon
