I am just having a hard time focusing period. Not just with the challenge but at work as well. Ugh hopefully everything will get better next week.

what if you woke up today with only the things you thanked God for yesterday.

I am just entering week four and so glad I have good company...people that pick themselves up and keep going. That is the right spirit!!! Thank you guys for being such a great example!! emoticon

I am doing week 4 over for the 3rd time now. Really a bumer. My electric went off tuesday bad storms, didn't get it back until thursday, then friday went on and off most of day. No prepareing food or work outs. I need to print off some of the work outs so I will have them if this happens again. Don't feel it would be right to move on to week 5. Just know I have a gain in weight will find out tuesday. emoticon

no matter how hard it seems to get I feel so good when I do get to where I want to be each week.

I'm facing the music today...gained 3.5 pounds after the ALL CARB weekend I had. Will start again! emoticon

Just remember that slow and steady "wins the race." As long as you keep moving forward you are continually taking steps in the right direction to keep your diabetes (or pre-diabetes) in check and it all leads to a much healthier lifestyle. Good for you on restarting the week as opposed to throwing in the towel. You are truly an inspiration! Keep up the good work and we'll all be cheering you on!

I think it is important to know that there are going to be setbacks and what is important is what you do about them. You are learning and moving on. What more can anyone ask of you! Congratulations on not giving in and moving forward!!! Way to go:) emoticon
