Starting week 4 today, but I am already looking forward to week 5. I track my food intake and BS numbers every day. In the past I've been less than honest with myself and my doctors about what I eat and when. When I'm in denial, I flat out lie to myself. I binge eat and my family wonders why I can't lose weight. I'm trying to take the emotions out of food and eating, and I'm doing so much better.

This is my 2nd day of week 4 and I have really made a bad start to this week. Will get my act together tomorrow before I have a big gain. Back on track tomorrow. Still working on getting my sugar levels down, better than when I started this challenge.

I'm starting week 4 over again...again...
After developing tendenitis in my knee I dropped off....not lbs, I have plenty of those!
The Shih Tzu had gained (also) so he and I hit the track today for a nice long walk.
It was a 3 bag walk....I think he holds in until we go walking so I get alot of bending in too!

Wow, it is hard to believe that this is week 4 of the challenge.
I don't remember staying and being so committed to anything in a long time.
What I like about the challenge is everything is laid out for me as to what I need to do in order to get healthy and avoid becoming diabetic(hopefully)

This week I will continue to make and take the time to do strength training with the resistance bands video . and also take time for the office routine video that we did in weeks 1 & 2.

I will increase my cardio intensity this week to 4x's 15 minute workouts..

This week I will continue to track my food and stay with in the recommended calorie goal.

This week I will take time to write down my thoughts and ideas about what "I can do!"

Possibilities.

Stay strong!

Debbie
