Go get that tape measure cause things are definitely happening for you and the scale isn't the only way to measure. Congrats to you on the looser clothing.

That is terrific about the loose clothes. I was ashamed to measure myself when I started, but now I really wish I had. I know that I had to buy a new belt because my husband wouldn't put any more holes in my old one. emoticon

This is my first day of week 4 and I was hoping for weight loss this morning during my weekly weigh in! Hope was in vain as it has stayed the same. I keep thinking it is because I am doing exercise and muscle weighs more than fat. No, I didn't do measurements, but my pants are loose and my shorts are about to fall off. We will have to see what next weigh in brings.....and I need a tape measure!!! emoticon

The Lord doesn't expect us to work harder than we are able. He doesn't (nor should we) compare our efforts to those of others. Our Heavenly Father asks only that we do the best we can - that we work according to to our full capacity, however great or however small that may be.
