Thanks for the replies. I had knee surgery and cannot kneel on my knee. I have been looking at other exercises to supplement. For the first time I am enjoying the exercise, although it is still not much by some standards. I have even been faithful about the warm up.

Don't start over just keep going. I think I am going to make each 8 week challenge a small goal that leads to my main goal. I want to lose 150 lbs.

Wow, 68. I am almost 67 and it difficult for me to get motivated about exercise. I am working at it.

This week I am going to have problems doing all the exercise because of family visits and lack of space in the house to exercise. Is it okay to repeat the week when this occurs? I will be doing a lot of walking and am keeping up with my Curves.
