I might have to make adjustments to my carbs. my sugar is higher then I like. I also not losing..I just toning. I going to see what happens with my sugar and weight next wee, No i not cutting carbs out of my healthy living

80's is still a normal BG number... why would you want to raise it? My doctor told me 70-99 is normal FBG and anything below 140 is fine for after meals. I don't worry unless it drops to 60's. That said, when my numbers have been running high for a while, I feel like crap when they get down to the 80's suddenly after having been high. I drink water, drink a very small amount of juice and then eat some almonds and maybe a piece of dark chocolate. Seems to help me feel better, and a nice treat.

I swapped whole milk with 2 percent milk
Now my morning 2 hours after meal numbers are tanking into 80s.
How do I adjust this breakfast without adding fat ?

Great Grains cereal cranberry/almond 180
6 oz 2 percent milk 80
