This is an old topic but it fits the occasion. I fell off the wagon...I have been struggling for a few days. The more I exercise the hungrier I get. I'm on a very tight budget and feel limited...😢

I have had 2 really bad days in a month. Today was one. I say not bad when last month was 31 bad days! I quit smoking a year ago. I don't want to be a smoker and I don't want to be an overeater either. Keep it up, We are all in this together and the kind of inspriration you gave me is what I needed.

The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do.

Proud of you and you inspired me to get back on track with my exercise. I started a new job and the hours now are when I used to go to the gym. Instead of giving up, I'm going back to the spark exercises I can do right here at home. Thanks for the encouragment through your testimony!

Great attitude. We just have to get back on the wagon and continue on. Don't let one (even it was three days) get you off track. Keep tracking so you can see it and remember how you felt.

A lesson learned, carry on, that is behind you now and this is a new day to follow your plans. Avoid that first bite of foods not on your plan. They always lead to more and just don't listen to those negative messages that sound ok, ie just one won't hurt. Yes it can.
You have a new chance today.

So this weekend we celebrated our son's birthday. What started out as a "just this one time" splurge, ended up being a weekend of shameful excess. In one day, I plowed through an extra 1200 calories, not counting the extra 500 from the day before. While I was a bit ashamed as I plugged in my caloric excess on my SP tracker, I was also recharged and recommitted. I've lost almost 7 lbs in three weeks, I'm not about to give up because of a gluttonous 36 hour carb fest. The old me would have scrapped it up to another fail. This me? Well, it was a slight diversion from the path I've set for myself and that's all. Welcome to week 4!
