To both Jennie and A Bit AT A Time- we all have bad weeks but you are not a failure unless you quit getting up and trying again. Keep up the good work ANYTHING in the right direction is great. I am not loosing nearly as fast as I had hoped but am not giving up!

This has been a bad week healthwise so I'm not as far along as I thought I would be. My cardio is walking and I've been doing my own schedule,not the plan's (I've been doing 5 x a week, gradually increasing the time at a pace I'm comfortable with).

For toning I purchased a resistance band set and have a couple of DVDs to try - only did it once this week. Might have had wrong "form" because something hurt the next day so I need to go to the lighter band and learn the moves.

Week 5 is just going to be a continuation for me - I've been trying out different workouts on SP and have a couple of favourites already. I'm pretty consistent about breakfast and very consistent about food tracking already.
