Use your tracker inside your house. Put some music on and dance. You will be surprise at how it can motivate you, and warm you up.

Received my SparkTracker, and I love it. Now all I need is a little warmer weather outside and I can take this tracker for a nice walk. 15 degrees today . . . sorry, but that is a little too cold for me.

Oops... Missed my goal for my 72nd B-Day, but I can do it for my 73rd B-Day in November!

Not Hungry?

This is something that I am very familiar with. It is the first bite that sets me off. I can go all day, no problem. If I have it all planned out or have my food prepared, then eating is a joy and I feel satisfied.

However, if I go all day and am tired, nothing prepare and don't know what to fix, then I am in big trouble. This happens more time than I care to admit.

I am starting to get concerned, really. I don't understand why I am very rarely hungry. When I have gone almost all day and haven't bothered to eat, I wonder what's wrong? Anyone else find this happening to them. What I've tried to do is ensure every food I am eating is beneficial to my body.
