10,000 steps exceeded. Nutrition tracked and good. In my quest to eat low-calorie / low carb good foods - I got too low today. Found myself searching the cabinets and fridge for something...... and not finding anything I wanted. After just eating....(some whole grain chips & salsa I'd been denying myself) I felt much better & happier.
