Today was a good day for exercising. Did 80 minutes combination of cardio, walking kick ball, and turbo jam. Need a water break now. emoticon

10,000 steps exceeded. Toning exercises completed too Contemplating adding another exercise challenge. Nutrition tracked and good. Tried another great meal from the SparkPeople Collection! Pasta, Sausage, Tomato & Spinach.
