Week 8, Day 6: feeling better--oops! forgot to check my fbs; must do that pre-lunch!
Week 8, Day 5: Iíve a bit of a bellyache, sugars are up a few points again, but the lbs are staying at bay.
Week 8, Day 4: Can't find yesterday's post. I was terribly depressed yesterday; today I am fine; I wish I understood these weird changes.
In spite of that, I've been staying on track, my weight is steady, I feel good, my sugar was up a few points this am, but that's normal: up then down; but it is way down from when I began this program 8 weeks ago! Whoo! Hoo!

Today was Day 8. Still having a hard time eliminating sweets from my diet. I do good with the rest of my craving, but sweets is my weakness. Haven't found a snack to curve that sweet tooth. I am going to kick that weakness. emoticon . I am motivating myself to do it!

We had a big /busy family weekend so I had no 10,000 steps for Days 4, or 5 - but I exceeded it for Day 6. Nutrition was tracked all 3 days. Good on 4 & 6, but not 5. I was worried stepping on the scale today, but I am exactly where I left off. BS's good. Water & veggies good all 3 days too. Bought some new sneakers too!
