But you've still lost 5 pounds! You haven't gone up at all and you're clearly interested in using SparkPeople as a tool to get to where you want to be...you get on here, you post. Sometimes progress comes very slowly but if you're working at it...it'll come! Good luck to you on recommitting to this journey...plan out what your goals are and the steps you're going to take to get there.

I started spark in Feb 2011, I had lost 19 pounds before I started since Feb. I've only lost 5 pounds. I am making a new commitment to loose this weight once in for all. emoticon
