Friday's plans - planning tonight for tomorrow

- going to fitness class if I am not snowed in
- wearing my weight vest while at home
- going for a walk in the fields with the dogs
- doing a goodly amount of house work
- doing 1 hour max sparking - my sparking time is way too much, I am trying to streamline
- sticking to my nutrition plan

- house cleaning and organizing
- walk in the snow with the dogs
- snow shovelling
- no screens after 8 pm
- evening journalling and planning for tomorrow
- in bed by 10:30

walked to sea festival yesterday 2 times, 6 miles total, again back today for car show & night parade, another 6 miles

Later 2 mile walk to church supper, bus home, 8 miles walking total today.

After supper tea at home with a friend, long weekend Monday, that is reason of festival

walk to sea festival by the ocean, 3 miles return to see 2 concerts, 1 hour each this afternoon

Tonight walk back to sea festival to see last concert and 10 p.m. fireworks, another 3 miles

I do not drive and too expensive for 4 bus trips

walking 5.82 miles, including walk to church supper, I take the bus back. It is never healthy but only supper I eat out at 1 time per. week.I have friend there that visits me afterwards for tea at my place.

I got up early and did 30 minutes of yoga. I moved into a new office yesterday, and I'm thinking I'll take along a yoga mat so I can get in a few minutes here and there during break time. Hope everybody has a good day.

Yoga -- and! I may brave the swimming pool for the first time this year. It's going to be co-o-old, but I got in earlier than this last year, so ... we'll see.
